BILL OF MATERIALS
Leo Textile includes a sophisticated bill-of-materials structure. For every material tracked in stock and production, the BOM records the raw materials that make up that product (organised by product form). Once a textile material is produced in a defined quantity, the values in the BOM also calculate the amount of raw material required (unit consumption). The composition of the final product is computed from the proportions in which each raw material is consumed. Definition reports, the naming algorithms used to identify products and any extra fields beyond the standard data points can all be customised to the customer's needs.
